Former Penn State assistant coach Mike McQueary is expected to testify at preliminary hearing in the sex abuse case against Jerry Sandusky, but there may be a flaw in his testimony. McQueary testified to a grand jury in 2002 that he saw Sandusky sexually assaulting a boy in the showers at Penn State.
