There's considerable buzz surrounding 'The Dark Knight Rises' but it's turned negative ever since the release of the film's trailer Monday. The problem: no one can understand what the villain is saying. The character, played by actor Tom Hardy, is dependent for strength on an inhalant that comes from a mask he wears over his nose--muffling his speech. Fans have taken to Twitter complaining about the film's communication issues. Apparently the film studio is already all over the issue and are looking into the possibility of changing the sound mix, though director Christopher Nolan may not be on board. "Chris wants the audience to catch up and participate rather than push everything at them. He doesn't dumb things down," said one unnamed exec. "You've got to pedal faster to keep up."
