    Eureka! At Sunday morning's GOP debate in New Hampshire, Rick Perry finally remembered the three government agencies he'd get rid of—Education, Commerce, and Energy—but it's probably way too late. Perry forgot that last one in a debate in October, leading to his biggest "oops!" moment and contributing to his sinking campaign. Though he finished far behind in the Iowa caucuses, Perry is soldiering on with his eye on South Carolina's upcoming primary.
