‘The Artist’ Wins Producers Award

Looks like The Artist is the film to beat in the award season. The mostly silent black-and-white film grabbed Best Picture at the Producers Guild Awards Saturday night. It had already won the Best Musical or Comedy Prize at the Golden Globes. The winner of the PGA has gone on to clinch Best Picture at the Academy Awards for the last four years. Oscar nominations come out on Tuesday.
