Rick Santorum went into Tuesday's primary elections in Alabama and Mississippi with low expectations, but his self-esteem likely got a little boost when Alabama Governor Robert Bentley cast his ballot in support of the former Pennsylvania senator. Santorum proudly tweeted a picture of himself and the governor. "Honored to learn this morning on @rickandbubba that AL Gov. @GovernorBentley cast his vote for me and joined the fight!" he wrote. The Governor did, however, make sure to note that his vote was not meant as an endorsement for a Santorum presidency. He wrote on his Facebook page, "I believe a vote is a personal decision that should be based on a voter's values and principles, not on someone else's opinion. The Republican primary features a strong pool of candidates, and I will fully support the Republican nominee chosen by the people."
