Four NYPD Cops Shot

    A Brooklyn standoff ended in a hail of bullets Sunday when four police officers were wounded as they brought an end to a hostage situation. Three of the officers were hit in the leg while a fourth had his face grazed—all were reported to be in good condition. Thirty-three-year-old suspect Nakwon Foxworth was in critical condition after attempting to barricade himself in his gun-strewn apartment, along with his girlfriend and 4-month-old boy. The standoff began after Foxworth got into an argument with movers in front of his building.
