Photos and videos of the operation that killed Osama bin Laden will remain under wraps, a federal judge ruled Thursday. Watchdog group Judicial Watch had requested that the photos be released, but the Defense Department denied having any photos and the CIA refused to reveal the ones it had obtained. Judicial Watch sued, but U.S. District Judge James Boasberg declined to order their release, citing warnings from the Pentagon that the images and videos pose a threat to national security. "Verbal descriptions of the death and burial of Osama bin Laden will have to suffice, for this court will not order the release of anything more," he wrote.
