    Palace: Kate Now ‘Fully Royal’

    Break open the bubbly! A royal source revealed to CNN on Thursday that Kate Middleton, the Duchess of Cambridge, has “graduated” to become a “fully fledged member” of the British monarchy. Middleton was said to have fulfilled her royal objectives just shy of the one-year anniversary of her marriage to Prince William. St. James Palace, which oversees Kate, Will and Harry, regards Kate’s “induction” as complete in what has been deemed a smooth transition in the public eye. The nod from the palace quelled fears around Britain that a commoner wouldn’t be suited for everyday royal duties.
