John Travolta can put the salacious sexual-assault allegations behind him—for now. Two days after Travolta’s first accuser dropped his sexual-battery lawsuit against the actor, John Doe No. 2 fired the same lawyer and withdrew his suit. But the alleged masseur who claims Travolta made a pass at him has now hired Gloria Allred to possibly file a new suit, with Allred telling CNN that her client dropped his other suit because they believe “the lawsuit should be filed in another court.” Okorie Okorocha, who initially represented both John Doe No. 1 and John Doe No. 2, said he still believes they “absolutely have cases.” Travolta’s lawyer has not yet responded to the latest development.
