Mitt Romney’s Texas win last night may have been a sure thing, but when it comes to the Republican Senate primary, it will be a couple of months before a candidate is chosen. Lt. Gov. David Dewhurst and Tea Partier Ted Cruz will face off yet again in a runoff election this summer. Dewhurst, an establishment Republican was unable to secure the 50 percent needed to win last night’s primary.
