Kent State Student Arrested for Tweet

A 19-year-old Kent State University student was taken into custody after tweeting that he planned to "shoot up" campus. William Koberna is being charged with inducing panic, a felony, and aggravated menacing. He'll appear in court on Monday and could face suspension or expulsion from the university as well. "Any threat to our campus community is taken seriously and immediately investigated," said Kent State University President Lester Lefton. "Our students, employees, and all those who come to campus should know that their safety is our top priority."
