Chen Guangcheng, the blind Chinese activist who escaped house arrest in May and fled to the U.S., will meet with U.S. Reps. Nancy Pelosi and John Boehner and other members of Congress on Wednesday in Washington, D.C. They will address reporters after the meeting. Chen, a self-taught lawyer who fought human rights abuses, had been under house arrest since 2006. He now lives in New York.
