Texas Shooter Identified

Police said Monday that three people were dead after a shooting near the campus of Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas. Thirty-five-year-old Thomas Alton Caffall opened fire on police officer Briach Bachmann when the officer brought an eviction notice to his home. An unidentified 43-year-old man was also killed, and three other law enforcement officials and a 55-year-old woman were injured.
