Talk about a knight in shining armor! Prince William piloted a helicopter search-and-rescue mission on Friday after being alerted of a swimmer in distress. The Duke of Cambridge, who is known in his position with the Royal Air Force as Flight Lt. Wales, was on duty when two surfers called for help, pointing to a 16-year-old girl struggling in the waves. The prince's helicopter was able to winch the schoolgirl, who had been trying to help her 13-year-old sister, out of the sea. Both girls were then sent to the hospital for a check-up.
