PAC Backs Pro-Choice Female Dems

Democratic PAC EMILY's List has launched a new initiative called "The Impact Project," which aims to promote pro-choice female candidates for Congress. "Every day, our lives are directly impacted by critical policies that we take for granted—but which were hard-fought gains won by electing more women to office," the group's spokeswoman said in a statement regarding the new site. "From equal pay to Title IX to access to women's health care, Democratic women in Congress have led—and continue to lead—the way to implementing policies that improve the lives of families all over America."
