Biden to Campaign in Tampa Next Week

Next week, Tampa, will be visited by one potential hurricane named Gustav and another one named Joe. Biden, that is. The Obama campaign confirmed Thursday that Vice President Joe Biden will make his way to the strip-club capital for a campaign rally Monday, the same day the Republican National Convention kicks off.
