SEC Computers Unprotected?

    What were they thinking? Staffers at the Securities and Exchange Commission have failed to encrypt computers containing data from stock exchanges, leaving the highly sensitive information vulnerable to cyberattacks, according to a report from Reuters. Sources familiar with the matter said that some staffers even brought the computers to a convention where hacking pros discuss the latest trends in their trade. But so far there’s no evidence that any data has been breached.
