After a two-day outage, the Internet was reported to be back on in most of Syria on Saturday. Residents of the cities of Damascus, Aleppo, Homs, and Hama all reported an end to the blackout, which has been blamed on the government. The government, however, attributes the disconnection to either terrorists or plain old technical difficulties. It is still unclear whether the whole country is back online.
