Nemo’s not looking so cute anymore. Power outages were reported Friday in parts of Long Island, Rhode Island, Massachusetts and Connecticut. Multiple vehicular accidents were also reported on the northbound I-95 in Connecticut. New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo and Massachusetts Gov. Deval Patrick declared states of emergency Friday and also issued a ban on cars on the roads beginning at 4 p.m. The storm could bring more than two feet of snow and has brought wind speeds of up to 75 miles per hour in areas near Boston.
