Bikram Yoga Founder Sued

Bikram Choudhury, the founder of the hugely popular Bikram Yoga franchise, is being sued for sexual harassment as well as discrimination and defamation. Sarah Baughn, 28, one of Choudhury’s students, says he made sexual advances toward her at a 2005 training session when she was only 20 years old, according to court documents. Baughn, who says she considered Choudhury her hero, claims that Choudhury offered her a diamond Rolex and told her they must have known each other in a previous life and should start a relationship, according to court documents. Choudhury is considered a guru by many high-profile celebrities, including Madonna, George Clooney, and Jennifer Aniston.
