A German official says Justin Bieber had to leave a monkey in quarantine after arriving in the country last week without the necessary papers for the animal. The 19-year-old singer arrived at Munich airport last Thursday. Customs spokesman Thomas Meister said Saturday March 30, 2013 that when he went through customs he didn't have the documentation necessary to bring the capuchin monkey into the country - so the animal had to stay with authorities. Life can be tough for a world-famous pop superstar. Lately in hot water for allegedly  threatening his neighbor, The Biebs added to his tribulations last week when he had to leave a monkey in quarantine in Germany, said an official on Saturday. The capuchin lacked the proper documentation to get through customs last Thursday and had to be left with authorities. The tweet Bieber sent after performing that night— "Munich was a good time. And loud. The bus is headed to Vienna now. U coming?"— made no mention of his detained pet. Hope Germany has good bananas.
