No one ever said they were well behaved. The mischievous Baldwin family was thrust into the spotlight once again when the youngest of the clan, Stephen, confessed to owing the government $300,000 in taxes. The 46-year-old actor allegedly struck a plea bargain that will not only help him stay out of jail, but get his record wiped clean—as long as he pays the taxes in full within the next year. Will this real-life shady businessman experience improve his chances on All-Star Celebrity Apprentice this season? Only time will tell.
