Cory Monteith’s substance abuse past has apparently resurfaced, but hopefully not for long. The Glee star, who first came clean about his history with drug use two years ago, has checked himself into rehab. “I’m lucky on so many counts—I’m lucky to be alive,” the actor told Parade magazine in a 2011 interview, explaining that his drug use consisted of “anything and everything as much as possible. I had a serious problem.” Monteith’s co-star and girlfriend Lea Michele publicly expressed her support Sunday, tweeting, “Feeling so grateful today <3.”
