Twitter Launches #Music App

After testing its new music-discovery app on the likes of Ryan Seacrest and Jason Mraz, Twitter #Music is now officially available to the public. On Thursday the company officially unveiled the app, which users can download via Apple’s App Store or on the Web at music.twitter.com. #Music helps you find jams that are trending on Twitter in addition to other music based on the bands you follow. The app also features a #NowPlaying tab which, similar to Spotify, shows songs your friends are listening to and tweeting about—Justine Timberlake, for instance.
