    It’s ‘SNL’ on Yahoo!

    More cowbell! In a deal that reflects the growing trend of online video, Yahoo has acquired the exclusive rights to the Saturday Night Live archive. Fighting for relevancy in the current media landscape under new CEO Marissa Mayer, Yahoo is likely looking to use the SNL archive to draw more attention to its video hub, Yahoo Screen, which is far behind rival Google’s YouTube.
