CBS has renewed the beleaguered comedy Two and a Half Men for an 11th season, but viewers can expect to see a lot less of its half-man, Angus T. Jones. The actor will return to the show in a recurring role rather than as a regular on the series. Jones infamously called the show “filth” in a video testimonial for Forerunner Christian Church that went viral late last year, prompting speculation that he wouldn’t be welcome back. But CBS entertainment president Nina Tassler defended him in January: “At the end of the day, they want him back and he wants to come back and that’s it.”
