Stay where you are, Oklahoma City dwellers! The National Weather Service has issued a tornado emergency for the metropolitan area, including the city of Moore, which was hit by a brutal storm that left 24 dead last week. The incoming tornado is about a mile wide, according to reports, and is being described as "particularly dangerous." Part of downtown is already without power, and giant hail is also expected. At Will Rogers World Airport, flights are stopped and passengers have been moved to underground tunnels in preparation for the storm. Highway patrol says I-40 has been shut down and motorists are warned to seek shelter. Deadly storms have hit the region in the past few days, with multiple fatalities after torrential rains in Arkansas.
