If you were looking forward to seeing Mumford & Sons perform this week in Dallas, New Orleans, or The Woodlands, Texas, you better make other plans. Bassist Ted Dwane was sent to the hospital Monday with a blood clot in his brain, forcing the group to put the shows on hold. The beloved band made a joint statement announcing the status of Dwane’s health and assuring fans that they had no plans to postpone or cancel any other appearances, so tickets for this week’s shows will be honored at later dates. Mumford & Sons is scheduled to headline Tennessee’s Bonnaroo Music Festival next week. “We’re all wishing Ted a speedy recovery,” they wrote. “Much love, Mumford & Sons.”
