Palestinian Prime Minister Resigns

    No one said it would be an easy job. On Thursday new Palestinian Prime Minister Rami Hamdallah submitted his resignation after only two weeks in office, a move analysts say is a signal of chronic internal disarray with the Palestinian Authority. It's unclear whether President Mahmoud Abbas will accept the resignation, but it's not expected to impact the upcoming peace-mission visit from Secretary of State John Kerry later this month.
