    Couric: I Didn’t Mean to Offend Kim

    After an offended Kim Kardashian lashed out at Katie Couric on Instagram, the talk show host says she “didn’t mean to hurt her feelings.” On Friday, Kardashian posted a photo of a gift from Couric to her daughter North West—and captioned the photo with a few spiteful hashtags: “#IHateFakeMediaFriends” and “#MayIHumblySuggestYouNotSendGiftsThenTalkShit.” Apparently, the new mom was incensed by a quote Couric gave InTouch magazine, saying she didn’t understand why the Kardashian sisters are famous. “I was ... explaining how I’m intrigued by the public’s fascination with her family,” Couric told E! News.
