Katy Perry to Close Out VMAs

    If you’re too young to know who ’N Sync is, don’t fret—MTV has a closing act for you. Katy Perry will be closing out the Video Music Awards, MTV announced on Tuesday. She will be performing her new single, “Roar.” MTV is certainly trying to reach across the generations with the VMAs: millennials will have the ’N Sync reunion, and Katy Perry will lock down the teen crowd.
