A nagging ankle injury has forced Derek Jeter back onto the disabled list, which means the veteran shortstop won't be coming back this season. Despite a disappointing season that saw him play just 17 games and bat .190, Jeter is insistent that this isn't the end of his career. The 39-year-old Yankee has never really recovered from breaking his ankle in the playoffs last year. He could still have a home with the team next year as his current contract has an $8 million player option for next season.
