Singer Lauryn Hill is seen leaving court after the judge postpones her sentencing and gave her two weeks to pay back taxes Apr. 22, 2013, Newark, New Jersey.

The Imprisonment of Lauryn Hill is over: the Grammy-winning songstress was released from a Connecticut prison on Friday after serving a three-month sentence for tax evasion. She was released early for good behavior and other factors, her attorney said, and will spend three months in home confinement as part of a year of probation. Hill was convicted of evading $1 million in taxes in May, telling the judge she meant to pay but wasn't able to after leaving the music industry.
