Oklahoma Sen. Tom Coburn’s prostate cancer has re-emerged, a spokesman said Tuesday. He will be undergoing evaluation and treatment, and his communications director, John Hart, said the senator could return to work as early as next week. Coburn, 65, had surgery in 2011 for an early incidence of prostate cancer, and had a malignant melanoma removed in 1975.
