Miami Dolphins owner Stephen Ross is “appalled” by the allegations of harassment within his football team. It was the first time Ross had spoken to the media since Jonathan Martin accused Richie Incognito of bullying, hazing, and racism. He told CBS Sports that he plans to meet with Martin this week. “I’d like to hear from [him] what happened, why he felt that way, and the whole origin,” he said. “And what we could’ve done to prevent something like this from happening. I want to hear the circumstances and the facts.”
