    Cumulus: No Weiner for Us

Weiner, 48, had surged into the lead in polls for the Democratic Party primary before revelations last week that he had sent more sexually explicit messages to at least one woman after he resigned and promised to change his behavior. Cumulus Media denied claims that Anthony Weiner would be launching a radio show on their WOR or WABC stations. "Our comment is best summed up by Taylor Swift's hit song, 'We're never, ever getting back together' —and in this case we were never together to begin with as this is nothing Cumulus ever contemplated," a spokesman told Politico. On Wednesday, rumors swirled that the New York City mayoral candidate and former congressman was confirmed for his own show, after the New York Daily News wrote a story alleging that he was being approached about a drive-time show focusing on local politics. WABC's operations manager, Tony Mascaro, has denied the claims, saying the station is "looking at a lot of people."
