Two politicians from Norway nominated Edward Snowden for the Nobel Peace Prize on Wednesday, saying his NSA leaks have "contributed to a more stable and peaceful world order.” Meanwhile, U.S. Director of National Intelligence James Clapper demanded Snowden return the government's data. The Nobel winner won’t be announced until October.
