On his sixth President's Day in office, Barack Obama has only a 42 percent approval rating with 53 percent of Americans saying they disapprove of his White House performance, according to a CNN poll averaging Gallup, Marist-McClatchy and Fox surveys. While Obama is more popular than he was in November and December when the Obamacare rollout fiasco was at its height, he has dropped a full 10 points from his 52 percent approval on President's Day 2013.
