U.S. Slaps Sanctions on Russians

    The U.S. State Department slapped a ban on visas for Russians and Ukrainians who are "responsible for or complicit in threatening the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine," it announced Thursday. The move is the first such punishment by the U.S. against Russians in response to the invasion of Ukraine.
