Police arrested Alec Baldwin and issued summons for disorderly conduct and a traffic offense Tuesday morning in New York. Baldwin was allegedly riding his bike the wrong way down a street. Police say he became belligerent following the traffic stop, which led to the arrest. Baldwin was released before noon. Shortly after, he took to Twitter to rant. “New York City is a mismanaged carnival of stupidity that is desperate for revenue and anxious to criminalize behavior once thought benign,” he tweeted. Baldwin also tweeted the name and badge number of the officer who arrested him.
