The only documented case of a Roman Catholic priest killing a nun just got a twist. Rev. Gerald Robinson's lawyer wants him released from prison into the care of nuns who run a home for the elderly and dying in Ohio. Robinson is ill and only has a month or two to live. He was sentenced to 15 years to life for the killing of Sister Margaret Ann Pahl during Easter weekend at a hospital chapel in 1980. The nuns have agreed to take him in if a federal judge allows it.
