Just a few hours before being arrested at a performance of Cabaret on Broadway, Shia LaBeouf was seen arguing with and chasing a homeless man over a hat. According to an eyewitness, LaBeouf kept shouting, “It’s me, Shia!” Police say that security guards asked LaBeouf to leave the Studio 54 theater but he would not, used obscene language, physically messed with employees, and made threats to security guards and police officers. LaBeouf was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, criminal trespass, and harassment. He was released from jail Friday.
