Much of the Philippines is still recovering from the devastating Typhoon Haiyan, but another storm swept in early this week, forcing more than 168,000 people from their homes. Typhoon Rammasun hit the capital of Manila on Wednesday morning, killing at least one and injuring two. The country shut down its financial markets, government agencies, businesses, and schools as it enduring winds up to 115 mph.
