The head of the Senate Intelligence committee said she believes the U.S.-Russian relations are now at “Cold War levels.” On Sunday, Sen. Dianne Feinstein confirmed to CNN's Candy Crowley that tensions between the two nations were at a new low for the post-Soviet era. She slammed Russian President Vladimir Putin and said he should be taking more responsibility for last week's downing of the Malaysian Airlines jetliner. “I would say, Putin, you have to man up," Feinstein said. "You should say if this was a mistake, which I hope it was, own up. Even if it was, it was a horrendous mistake.”
