Palestinians in Jerusalem and Ramallah clashed with Israeli police on Thursday night in what are being called the largest protests in the West Bank in years. Three Palestinians have reportedly been killed and 55 are wounded. Thousands marched to the Qalandia checkpoint, the main entry point between Jerusalem and the West Bank, to protest the Israeli military campaign that has killed more than 750 Palestinians in Gaza. Tear gas was fired into the crowds and witnesses also describe hearing stun grenades and gunfire, according to Haaretz.
