Police said Monday they arrested two students on suspicions of plotting to “kill three staff members and as many students as possible with firearms" at South Pasadena High School in California. One of the students resisted arrest, leading officers to force their way into his home. Law enforcement authorities began uncovering evidence of the alleged mass-shooting plan after school officials contacted them when they noticed suspicious behavior in the students. "It was this information that helped prevent a horrific tragedy,” said South Pasadena Police Department Sgt. Brian Solinsky.
