Girls Gone Wild founder Joe Francis has a $500,000 warrant out for his arrest. Francis faces seven charges in connection with an alleged altercation in May involving “pushing and shoving” at the Girls Gone Wild headquarters. Francis spent that night in jail but now lives in another country and “has no ties to this community,” according to the Los Angeles city attorney’s office. He was accused of making criminal threats, trespassing, battery, and disobeying a court. On top of those charges, Francis, 41, also faces a probation violation from a January 2011 conviction of false imprisonment and assault. He filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in February 2013.
