A 21 percent jump in approval came to French President Francois Hollande in the aftermath of the deadly attacks in Paris, according to recent data--the highest jump in polling history. In November, his popularity amongst French citizens sat at historic lows, a measly 12 percent, due to scrapping historic laws, record unemployment and sluggish economic growth. The French Prime Minister’s approval also jumped 17 points, putting his 61 percent rating higher than when he entered office.
