Just a few hours after a protest was held in his name outside Baltimore police headquarters, Freddie Gray, the Baltimore man injured during an arrest last week, died. Police have not released any documents or reports related to how Gray, 27, was injured during the arrest. He was stopped by four police officers on April 12, but that reason has not been disclosed. Police have said that Gray ran, and was caught and restrained. According to police he was fine when he was loaded into a van to be taken in, but was injured with a broken vertebra and damaged voice box when he got out. He later underwent spinal surgery.
