The Al-Shabaab terror group claimed a deadly blast that killed at least 15 people at a major hotel in Mogadishu, Somalia, on Sunday, according to a police official. A suicide bomber drove a vehicle equipped with explosives into the Jazeera Palace Hotel's main gates, according to Capt. Ibrahim Liban. Al-Shabaab said they were targeting Western diplomats at the hotel, which houses diplomatic missions for several countries. Among those killed in the attack was a Somali journalist who worked for the London-based Universal TV channel, according to Liban.
